graduates@swissre programme: we mainly focus on technical training as our business is very specialised. During 18 months, you will receive on-the-job training in your respective positions as well as attend a high number of training days specially designed for the programme. We will train you in all aspects of our business whilst at the same time you will have the opportunity to receive specialised training to accommodate your specific assignment(s).
Swiss Re offers graduate positions in the following business functions: Client Markets, Products Underwriting, Asset Management, Risk Management, Finance and other selected Operations units.

interns@swissre programme: every year, Swiss Re offers internships to a number of bright and highly motivated students, enabling them to benefit from Swiss Re’s global perspective and to discover the reinsurance world. During the programme you will be assigned to a line manager and his or her team, where you will take on tasks and work on projects straight away. Start of internship may vary with the needs of special projects, regions or locations. You should submit your application online according to the regional timelines.
